From Grand Rapids

• Exit I-196 at Baldwin Ave.
• Sunset Manor will be on the right side of Baldwin approximately 1 mile from the highway.

From Holland

• Exit I-196 at Chicago Drive.
• Turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
• Turn right at the next light, Main Street.
• Turn left at Baldwin Ave.
• Sunset Manor will be on the right side of Baldwin in approximately 1/2 mile.
